Directly above the kitchen is the open area loft that is outfitted with a free standing Checkers Table and chairs plus a comfortable couch and foot rest for reading. The computer desk is also located here offering High Speed Internet Access and WiFi.

The forward bedroom (tan) also on the first floor has 2 twin beds. A full size hall bathroom (with tub) is shared by the first floor bedrooms.

As with any home the Kitchen is one of most used rooms of the house so we wanted to equip it with good quality appliances and dinnerware. We started with a carefully designed cabinet and island layout and contemporary counter tops, stainless and black appliances including Double Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave and even a Garbage Compactor. Ancillary equipment includes Toaster and Coffee Maker. The cabinets are completely stocked with Dishes, Glassware, Pots and Pans, Mixing Bowls, Tupperware, Silverware and Flatware. The Stainless Sink is double sided and includes a Disposal. You will find that there is ample room to move about.

Our home features 2 covered decks and 1 open 12' deck for barbeques and eating outdoors. The covered decks have rocking chairs and porch swing and provide great protection from the sun and rain.

Cancellation Policy - All deposits and payments received are non refundable within 60 days of arrival date unless we can re-book the reserved dates. We do however understand that emergencies do arise and therefore will allow our renters to make another reservation within 365 days of the original arrival date with no loss of payment.
Security Deposits - All rentals require a $200.00 refundable security deposit.
Cleaning Fee - All rentals require a $80.00 cleaning fee.
Administrative Fee - $45.00
